Refund andcancellation policy.

We keep this simple and fair. You pay only a 50% advance to start, and the remaining 50% is due only when everything is finished. This page explains exactly what happens to your money if you cancel, and what happens if we cannot deliver.

Cancel within 24 hours: full refund

You can cancel for a full refund of your advance within 24 hours of making the advance payment, no questions asked. The 24-hour window starts when you submit your payment, not when we confirm it.

Cancel before work begins: full refund

Even after the first 24 hours, if work on your project has not begun, you still receive a full refund of your advance. You can see whether work has begun on your client dashboard: until your progress tracker shows activity, your advance is fully refundable.

After work begins

Once work has started and the 24-hour window has passed, the advance pays for the editorial and design work already in progress and is not refundable. The remaining 50% is never charged mid-project — it is due only when all services are complete and your files are ready — so if you cancel mid-project, you never owe it.

Rush orders

Rush projects begin almost immediately after payment is confirmed. For rush orders, the 24-hour guarantee applies only until work begins; once work has started, the advance is not refundable.

If we decline your project

If we cannot take your project on — for example, it falls outside our services or our content policy — you receive a 100% refund of everything you have paid.

If we fail to deliver

If we cannot complete your project for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid. If we can complete only part of the work, we refund the value of the part we could not deliver. If you have made the final payment and your files are not delivered, that payment is refunded in full.

Quality concerns

Every bundle includes revision rounds. If you are unhappy with the work, we first put it right through the included revisions — refunds are not a substitute for the revision process, and there are no refunds after the final files have been delivered.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the same UPI ID or bank account you paid from, within 7 working days.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your order and include your order number (it looks like SIQ-XXXXXXXXXX). We confirm every cancellation and refund by email.

Custom packages and quotes

Custom packages and custom-quoted projects follow the same rules. If you requested a quote but have not paid anything yet, there is nothing to cancel — just reply to the quote email and tell us you changed your mind.
