These terms explain how ScriptiQ Studio provides book preparation services. By submitting a project, you agree to the scope, payment, revision, and ownership terms described here and in your selected package or custom quote.
Service scope
ScriptiQ Studio provides book preparation services such as editing, proofreading, cover design, formatting, metadata support, and related manuscript preparation.
Author ownership
You retain ownership of your manuscript and intellectual property. ScriptiQ Studio does not become your publisher or distributor.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for submitting accurate project details, providing files you have the right to use, reviewing deliverables, and requesting revisions within the agreed revision window.
Payment
Work begins after we receive the required manuscript files and verify payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Manual UPI payments are not confirmed until the reference is matched with the payment notification.

Timelines begin after required manuscript files and verified payment are received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Included revision rounds depend on the selected bundle or custom quote. Additional revisions may require extra fees.
Delivery policy
Final deliverables depend on the selected package and may include edited manuscript files, formatted eBook files, print-ready PDF files, cover files, metadata copy, or other agreed materials. Delivery is complete when the agreed files are sent or made available for download.
Accepted manuscript restrictions
You may submit only material you own, control, or have permission to use. We may decline, pause, or re-scope projects that include illegal, plagiarized, unsafe, infringing, or out-of-scope material.
Invoices and taxes
Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Any invoice, tax, GST, or business registration details depend on the final business setup and may be confirmed before paid work begins.
No sales guarantees
We do not guarantee book sales, rankings, reviews, royalties, publishing acceptance, or marketplace performance.
